Woman Fights Off Attacker at Gym

Twenty-four-year-old Nashali Alma was working out in the gym in her Florida apartment building when a man knocked on the door. After she let him in, he attacked her. Alma is a competitive bodybuilder and she was able to fight off the attacker. The assailant, Xavier Thomas-Jones, was arrested the next day. Turns out, he also lives in the same building as Alma. The suspect was charged with sexual battery, false imprisonment, burglary, and kidnapping.
