During these chilly winter months, it’s easy to go a little stir crazy staying indoors. If you’re like us and crave some fresh air, here’s a list of our cold weather favorites that will help you  stay warm when you take your workouts outside.

Warm Base Layer:  It’s important to start with a great moisture-wicking long sleeve to keep your body insulated. This Under Armour Authentic Mock is perfect to layer under a sweater or lightweight jacket.

Sweatshirt: A sweatshirt is a great staple to have when y ou need an extra layer on cold days  or don’t want to wear a bulky coat on the occasional warmer winter day. Check out our new oversized sweatshirt, sure to become your new favorite staple!

Joggers: When you need a little extra warmth, adding a solid pair of joggers to your winter wardrobe will help keep your legs warm as you move outdoors in colder temps.

Fleece Leggings: For those who love working out in leggings but want a warmer option, fleece-lined leggings add an extra layer of warmth to protect you from the chill.

Lightweight  Insulated Jacket: Just because it’s lightweight doesn’t mean it’s not warm. An insulated jacket is essential to have on hand to keep your body temp up without weighing you down.

Warm Socks: Nothing is worse than cold feet! Cotton socks can lead to wet feet, which isn’t ideal for winter workouts. Make sure you have a couple pairs of warm wool socks that will wick away moisture.

Gloves: A warm pair of gloves is a must for a brisk walk or long run. Make sure to find a pair with touch screen technology so you can keep your workouts going while navigating  your playlist!

Ear Warmers or Running Hat: We lose most of our body heat through our heads, so wearing a hat or ear warmers will significantly help you stay warm when you’re outside. Keep your ears warm with an ear warmer or add a runners cap for extra warmth.
