Maintaining our #balance is ONE of the many things we focus on in our Online Live Streamed Walking and Fitness Class which can be done wherever you live and whatever your fitness level.
We believe in #aging strong and want you to live functionally well for many years to come.

The Online #Adventure is a combination of walking (at your pace, in your location) and low impact, PELVIC FLOOR SAFE exercises designed to strengthen the muscles and support the joints, so we can move, breathe and function well physically in our everyday life.

We connect via Zoom. Once you’ve registered via the website you’ll get an email with all the links to join. Simply connect with your phone and headphones at the appointed time and off we go.
