Combining the Joy of Movement with the Holidays

The end of one year and the start of another often demand a lot of our bodies and minds. Between end-of-the-year work deadlines and holiday to-do lists, it can be difficult to prioritize the kind of movement that nourishes those inextricably linked parts of us. We’re here to encourage you to make time for your body and mind because we believe meaningful movement can be an antidote to the additional stressors of this time of year. 

Movement can boost energy levels, promote relaxation and improve mood, so we want to make it as accessible as possible by bringing back our Holiday Hustle for a 3rd year in a row! Participants who enroll in the program will get specialized, daily workouts on HWX Digital Studio that you can do anywhere you are. The goal here isn’t to make gains or to lose calories ahead of the delicious meals you plan to share with friends and family, it’s to keep you engaged, motivated and smiling through the busy holiday season. 

We’ll drop the workouts into your text messages every morning from December 19-January 1 so you can start with movement to set the tone for the rest of your day, save it for later to center yourself between other obligations or make it the last thing you do before jumping in bed so you can fall asleep more easily. Follow along at home, bring it with you to Healthworks or break it out on the go if you’re spending your holidays traveling to visit family and friends. With 14 days of Holiday Hustling, you can expect plenty of variety as well, so if you’re not feeling a particular workout, you’ll have something different in your inbox the next day. 

Since we are in the season of giving, our Holiday Hustle comes with a few additional perks. Every time you complete a workout or check in at Healthworks you earn a point. When you’ve earned four of them, you’ll be automatically entered into a drawing to win one of five packages that include services like our new Theragun sessions, teamTRAINING and 1-on1 personal training.
